Shipping

All orders are insured and sent by registered post, and will therefore require you to sign for them. Please add Cdn$ 15.00 shipping and handling charges for Canada, and Cdn$ 20.00 for international.

Payment

Please send a personal cheque, certified cheque or money order to the address below. Payments can be made in either Canadian or American dollars. Gemstones purchased by personal cheques will be shipped only after the cheque has been cleared.

Should you wish to make your purchase using a credit card, please get in touch with us and we will direct you on the procedure to follow. Payment should be made out to and mailed to:

• No order will be accepted until full information on the form is provided.
• Orders will be confirmed by Lyssagem within 48 hours of receipt of your order. At that time, price and item numbers will be confirmed. Should there be any discrepancy, kindly e-mail us immediately.
• Re-imbursement policy: our products are guaranteed. If you are not satisfied for any reason, we will reimburse you within 14 days. The item must be in its original condition, packed as per our instructions. Ship item(s) prepaid and insured to Lyssagem. You will be responsible for shipping charges.
